Colonic Hydrotherapy
Also known as a "colonic" or "colon irrigation", colonic hydrotherapy is a gentle washing of the large intestine with purified water.  It's a safe, effective method for cleansing the colon of waste material by repeated, gentle flushing with approximately 15 to 35 gallons of filtered water from between 20 to 45 minutes. During this time, through massage and pressure points, the colon therapist is able to work loose and eliminate far more toxins and waste than any other short-term technique.

Infrared Sauna:  The sauna uses a safe, low frequency radiant heat to induce a deeper detoxification than other saunas.  Infrared heat is the kind of natural warmth felt when sunlight penetrates a window and warms a room.  The wavelength from an infrared sauna resonates at an average wavelength of 9 to 10 microns which matches the frequency produced by the body's cells.  This allows almost 90% of the infrared rays to be absorbed and to penetrate up to an inch and a half into the body.  Because of this, the heat can be much lower than a conventional sauna and is safer and more comfortable to use.  This allows your body's largest elimination organ, the skin, to sweat and release toxins comfortably.
